内卷与躺平，似乎已经是习以为常的社会状态了，不过身为青年的我们，真的只能跟
着大队的脚步在这两者之间做选择吗？如果说当代青年佛教徒是否又有不一样的出路
呢？

我们荣幸邀请到两位时常与中学生沟通的马佛青对外委员会副主席，林国安师兄与柔
佛州州联委会主席薛建翔师兄来聊聊，究竟45度人生为如何的人生态度。

Being in the rat race or freeloader has become a norm for the current society. As a
youth, do we get to choose between these two paths? Is there any different route for
Buddhists?
We have invited two brothers who frequently interact with teenagers and youths,
Brother Seet Jian Xiang and Brother Lim Kok Aun to share their achievements and
attitude of life.
