生涯辅导培训工作坊 | Career Counselling Training Workshop
18.09 – 19.09.2021

一年零五个月反反复复的疫情，让大马人民陷入前所未有的生活困境。各行各业遭遇大大小小的冲击，不少人面临失业或事业上的窘境，严重影响了国家经济，也随之引发了种种生计问题。面对这生涯的困顿期，更凸显了一个人具备生涯发展概念和掌握生涯规划的重要性。

面对失业、中年失业、转业等生涯阻碍时，如何让他人看见自己内在与外在的力量和资源来帮助自己，是何其重要。
透过这生涯辅导工作坊，我们希望助人者能掌握生涯辅导的概念及具备规划、探索等能力，以达到从事生涯辅导服务的能力，同时增加后疫情之生涯辅导人力资源。

As counsellors and social workers, it is important to learn how to help people to recognize and utilize their internal and external strengths, and their resources to help themselves in facing unemployment, mid-life career crisis and career change through this career counselling training workshop especially when we are facing this pandemic for more than a year.

We hope they are able to master the concept of career counselling and acquire the important abilities to plan, discover and so on, therefore they are able to provide career counselling to the people as well as increase the number of quality counsellors and social workers after the pandemic.
