疫情当下，职场社会变幻无常，而提供生涯辅导服务的心理辅导师和义工难免会遇到种种挑战。

在资深督导的引导下，透过个案研讨能让参与者交流和进行多元角度的学习，也促进同侪的相互支持。

YBAM PELITA Guidance and Psychological Unit is organising a case conference on career counselling, facilitated by Ms Chong Boon Fong.

Counsellor and volunteers who offer career counselling are often confronted with the challenges of a constantly changing world of work, especially during this pandemic. Case conference is an important platform to ensure support and learning needs of mental health practitioners. Nevertheless, it offers a good opportunity to discover new perspectives and reflect on various aspects of practice continuously.
