Eow Shiang Yen was invited to become one of the panelists of Understanding Fasting Series (IV) – ‘Understanding Fasting in Different Religions’ Roundtable Exchange Tea Party jointly organised by the LLG Cultural Development Centre Berhad\, Hidayah Centre Foundation\, and Gerakan Belia Sepunjabi Malaysia. This exchange tea party brought together representatives from Islam\, Christianity\, Hinduism\, Buddhism\, and Taoism to discuss the principles and practices of fasting in various religions in the form of formal sharing and informal exchanges.\n\n\nBro. Eow Shiang Yen shared with the attendees about fasting in Buddhism\, the similarities and differences between fasting in different Buddhist traditions\, and examples of practice in daily life.
