The Eight Major Chinese Youth-based Organisation (EMCO) organised a dinner cum meeting to gather the youth of all organisations to discuss matters related to youth and confirm that the Malaysian Young Graduates Association (GRADUAN) will take over as the Chief President of the coming year.
YBAM was represented by Vice President Albert Bro. Foo Chuan Yoong and General Secretary Bro. Eow Shiang Yen.
