YBAM attended the Venerable Chi Chern’s Buddhist Hymn Composition and Appreciation Session held at Museum, YBAM Puzhao Buddhist Vihara. This session invited song composers Chow Kam Leong and Seng Tak Pin, Guqin teacher Ng Teck Hing, musicians, and singers to perform. The lyric of the songs to perform are all written by Venerable Chi Chern. Venerable Chi Chern shared the origin of all these song and the meaning behind them with all attendees.
YBAM was represented by President Bro. Yong Kuei Yoong, Vice President Sis. Chiah Boon Hoon, General Secretary Bro. Eow Shiang Yen, National Council member Bro. Wong Kian Yong, National Council member Bro. Seet Jian Xiang, and representatives from Johor and Malacca SLCs.
