They also helped in coordinating and encouraging students to participate in the National Buddhist Examination, at 2011 they even succeeded in registering 104 students to register for the National Buddhist Examination.
Until year 1999, the members of association had increases rapidly, thus committee member start to survey for a new location and organize fundraising campaign to build up the new building. At year 2002 Serdang Buddhist Association moved to Serdang Baru.
The second and present building is located in housing area, which gradually causes inconveniences to the neighbourhood. In addition, the current building is old and limited in space, hence the management committee of Serdang Buddhist Association decided to look for a new location at year 2013. They decided to purchase a new 3-storey building at the Serdang Business Park as the new association building. The location for the new building is very strategic, convenient and suitable as a venue for the association to continue the Dharma propagation work.
