The main focus of the Trainee Teachers Coordination Committee (TTCC) is to assist in setting up the Buddhist society in the Institute of Teacher Education and unite the Buddhist trainee teachers to serve the community and establish a relationship with nearby Buddhist organisations. TTCC also takes proactive action to contact the teachers to contribute to the Buddhist activities in Malaysia.

National Trainee Teachers Dharma Camp

The National Teacher Trainee Dharma Camp which has been organised since 40 years ago is opened to trainee teachers, teachers, and Dharma class teachers for participation. It is a platform to bring trainee teachers from all parts of Malaysia together for mutual learning and communication by providing a range of activities and Dharma talks to enhance the understanding of Buddhism among the participants. The trainee teachers are hoped to promote the local Buddhist activities and become a role model with the Dharma learning momentum upon graduation.

Badminton Carnival

Badminton carnival aims to promote the Dharma, to provide a platform for teacher trainees to know more about YBAM and participate in its activities, and to improve the interpersonal skills of the trainee teachers and in-service teachers.
