Mahfoong Qing Flood Relief Fund
Recently, the flood situation in various regions of Malaysia has become increasingly severe, affecting the lives of millions of vulnerable people, including many elderly care homes, orphanages, and dialysis centers. These charitable organizations are also facing difficulties.
Therefore, Mahfoong Qing will restart the assistance program, distributing existing donations to vulnerable groups in society, especially low-income families, single-parent families, individuals with disabilities, and charitable organizations caring for vulnerable groups, providing emergency financial aid.
Eligible applicants must be recommended by member organizations and verified by the board of directors of the Mahfoong Qing State Committee, with the final review conducted by Mahfoong Qing.
This assistance program will prioritize the following groups:
- B40 families
- Poor students’ families (in primary, secondary, and tertiary education)
- Poor single-parent families
- Families with disabled individuals
- Charitable organizations caring for vulnerable groups
